A Forgotten Medieval Stronghold






Travelling is good, especially when you find pieces of historical puzzle on your way; you discover the past, you wonder about many things...

At Săsciori, Alba county, I found this medieval stronghold from 12th century, known under the name of Castrum Petrii. Today, all you can see are some ruins and the stronghold is totally forgotten... unfortunatelly :(
